私たちは既成の在庫を持ちません — クラフトマンシップの完全性と本物らしさを保つため、ご注文をいただいてから一点ずつ丁寧にお作りしています。製作期間は通常7〜14営業日程度かかります（アイテムや注文状況により異なります）。
製品が完成すると、出荷前に厳格な品質検査（検品）が行われます。検品に合格した製品のみが丁寧に梱包され、配送業者に引き渡されます。
発送が完了すると、追跡番号が記載された発送確認メールをお送りします。当サイトの注文追跡ページからもいつでも状況をご確認いただけます。配送業者への引き渡し後、追跡情報が反映されるまで1〜3営業日かかる場合があります。
すべての配送可能地域への発送はDDP（関税元払）で行われます — 関税や輸入諸税はご注文金額に含まれており、お届け時の追加料金は一切発生しません。
ご注文前に、お届け先住所（建物名・部屋番号、番地、市区町村、都道府県、郵便番号、電話番号）が正確であることをご確認ください。発送後の住所変更はお受けできない場合があります。私書箱や軍事施設住所等への発送は一部対応できない場合がございます。
各製品はお客様専用に仕立てられるため、住所変更やキャンセルが必要な場合は、製作開始前（ご注文後速やかに）info@bucklayer.comまでご連絡ください。製作開始後または発送完了後の変更・キャンセルは承ることができません。
追跡状況が「配達完了」となっているにもかかわらず商品が届いていない場合は、ポスト、玄関前、宅配ボックス、受付、またはご近所様への誤配がないかまずご確認ください。それでも見当たらない場合は、弊社までご連絡いただければ配送業者へ調査を依頼いたします。
不正確な配送先情報、受取拒否、または配達完了後の盗難による紛失につきましては、Bucklayerでは責任を負いかねます。
荷物の紛失が確認された場合、または破損して届いた場合は、ご注文番号と写真（外装箱、送り状ラベル、商品本体）を添えてご連絡ください。破損申請のため、元の梱包資材はそのまま保管してください。
弊社の明確な過失による場合を除き、配送料の返金はいたしかねます。
To produce and deliver your order we collect your name, email address, phone number, and full delivery address, along with the items you ordered. We use this information only to make your order, ship it, clear it through customs, keep you updated on its progress, and answer any questions you raise about it.
We share the minimum needed with the providers who make delivery possible: our shipping carriers and customs brokers receive your name, address, and phone number so they can deliver the parcel; PayPal and Wise process your payment; Resend sends your confirmation and tracking emails; and Supabase stores your order and account record. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Everything you send us travels over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and full card details never reach our servers. Order and delivery records are kept as long as tax and customs law requires, generally up to 8 years; account data is deleted within 30 days of you asking us to. To access, correct, or delete your data, email info@bucklayer.com with the subject "Data Request" and we will respond within 5 business days.
If you choose Sign in with Google to create or access your Bucklayer account, Google shares only your name, email address, profile picture, and Google account identifier with us. We use these solely to create your account, sign you in, and address your order confirmations and shipping updates. We never request or access your Gmail, Contacts, Calendar, or Drive.
Bucklayer's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We never sell Google user data or pass it to data brokers, never use it for advertising or personalised ads, never use it to train generalised artificial intelligence or machine learning models, and never use it for credit or lending decisions.
You can revoke Bucklayer's access at any time from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and email info@bucklayer.com to have the data we hold deleted. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
