Care Instructions
- Wipe off any dirt or moisture with a dry cloth after each wear
- Apply a leather conditioner every 4–6 weeks to maintain suppleness and prevent cracking
- Use a cream or wax polish to restore shine and protect the finish
- Store with boot trees to hold shape and absorb moisture
- Keep away from direct heat and prolonged sunlight
- For wet conditions, apply a leather protector spray before wearing

1. Made-to-Order Production
We don't hold pre-made stock — each piece is crafted individually after you order, to preserve the integrity and authenticity of the craft. Production typically takes 7-15 business days, depending on the item and order volume.
2. Quality Control
Once your item is completed, it goes through a quality control inspection before shipping. Only after it passes QC is it packed and handed to the carrier.
3. Tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also check your order status anytime on our Tracking Page. Please allow 1-3 business days for tracking to update after handover to the carrier.
4. Duties & Import Fees
All available destinations ship under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — import duties and customs fees are included in your order price. No extra charges on delivery.
5. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate (apartment/unit, street, city, state, postal code, phone number) before ordering. Once shipped, address changes may not be possible. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) may not be supported for all destinations.
6. Address Changes & Cancellations
Since each item is made specifically for you, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bucklayer.com if you need to change your address or cancel — ideally before production begins. Once an item is in production or has shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
7. Delivery Issues
If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check your mailbox, front door, parcel locker, reception, or neighbors first. If it's still missing, contact us and we'll help investigate with the carrier.
Bucklayer is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information, refused delivery, or theft after confirmed delivery.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is confirmed lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos (of the outer packaging, shipping label, and item). Please keep original packaging for damaged claims.
9. Non-Refundable Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to a confirmed error on our part.

If your size isn't right, we'll exchange it. If there's a defect in the leather or craftsmanship, you're entitled to a full refund or replacement — your choice. Just reach out within 14 days of delivery and we'll sort it out, no hassle.
