Size Issues
If your item doesn't fit, you may request an exchange for a different size within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with all original packaging.
To initiate a size exchange, email us at info@bucklayer.com with your order number and the size you need. We'll confirm availability and guide you through the next steps.
Defective Items
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or craftwork fault, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement — your choice. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the defect. We review all claims within 2–3 business days.
